Don't let his tiny blue eyes fool you, the Gulper Eel is a silent killer. The Gulper Eel hunts by hovering in deep sea water waiting for prey to pass by. They can sense their next victim by using their extremely sensitive and long tail. When a fish gets to close, it silently opens its pelican like mouth and swallows the victim whole.
